Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie
1/2 c. Fresh Pineapple
3 Tbs. Plain Yogurt
1 Tbs. Flax Oil
1 Tsp. Local Honey
1 Tsp. Maple Syrup
Pinch Of Cinnamon
Blend with ice until cold & frothy!
Adjust ingredients to taste :*)
